Good to see that you're out. Try installing into a new directory. Meaning, instead of C:\Program Files\WinBolo\ try C:\WinBolo - 1.17\

The server should be back up. A power outage caused my router to reset. I no longer host a Ventrilo server, just TeamSpeak2 for now. TeamSpeak3 should be coming within a few months.
