Really strange...

I joined a strict tournament at etaka and I was the only one there. Something really weird happened....

I drove my tank up to the sw corner of the map where the roads are diagnol. I stopped there and didn't go on land, and all of the sudden a message came up. "Xenocide has captured a neutral base." It gave me the sw base without me even going on land.

Has this happened to anyone else?

What caused it?

i belive if the gun turret hits a base when your in water it captures it, if this is what you mean.

No, I was no where near the base. I was at least 10 squares away, diagonally.

I've had this happen too, but only in heavy lag.
