I can't get into that server. All the other servers are ok.
Anyone know why?

That's a lofty theory Nova and you make it sound as if it that would actually happen. But I've tried to pratice that theory many times when I've explained to CF of why he emits foul odor worst then a man who has eaten 100 burritoes straight, but to no avail, the problem still exist.

Storm, it's just winbolo/the server fucking up. For some reason that particular server sometimes needs a couple of tries before you can join. Are you getting a message saying someone in the game is already playing under your name? It's just the server fucking up it's connection. If that's the error you are getting...

There was no response from the game you tried to contact.
This is the error. I noticed the problem maybe 3 weeks ago. I've tried many times to join chanx, but no luck. Before 3 weeks ago, I could join.


This usually means 1 of 3 things:
1. You have the address and port fields incorrect.
2. You are behind some kind of firewall preventing UDP access.
3. Check that your version of WinBolo is the same as the game.

I'm no expert on this kind of thing, but when that window pops up all the time it usually means that you're screwed. Min might have a way around it, but I doubt it. *shrug*

when you open a command prompt and type "ping chanxmail.swmc.org" then hit enter what happens?.

I know that the chanxmail server response to ping requests since I was able to get a ping from it, not all servers are setup that way however, the reason I wanted you to do the ping was to see if you were getting DNS retrieval on that server, it appears that you are, try doing a tracert to the chanxmail server

eg "tracert chanxmail.swmc.org" and paste back your results.

From the looks of things, the router just after 65.77.89.74 doesn't like you .... and there is probably not a whole lot you can do about that honestly .... but its definately not the endpoint that has you banned. The only way to have this resolved would be to find out who owns 207.179.90.136 (the router dropping your packets) and ask them why their router is dropping your packets, not generally an easy task unfortunately, so, I'd say in short, your screwed ...
