WinBolo 2.02b Released!

Changes in 2.02b

- Improved lua brain performance by approximately 20% by migrating to use LuaJIT. Note: Supported lua version has been changed from 5.4 to 5.1 as that is what luajit currently supports.
- New settings tab for hosting games from the client. Allows setting server port, spectators, log file saving, and map uploading support.
- Addition GoalHunter 1.6 fixes
