WinBolo 2.2.0a Update

Minor client fixes in this update:

• Fixed neutral pillboxes in the Log Viewer showing up as red, making them hard to tell apart from the red team. Moved the Neutral colour row to the top of the Team Colours window.
• Fixed the Log Viewer's "Open from WinBolo.net" dialog showing up small and off centre on Retina Macs, with the mouse not matching the buttons. Opening it no longer shrinks the Log Viewer window.
• Fixed moving tanks leaving marks behind on the Log Viewer's simplified map.
• Fixed the visibility Details dialog showing your own Custom settings instead of the server's when you join a dedicated server. A lobby using Classic's settings now shows as Classic instead of Custom.
• Fixed another player's tank briefly showing up where you last saw it when it comes back into view. Fixed a new player's tank briefly showing up where the previous player's tank was.
• Fixed the web Log Viewer's panels having nowhere to dock, and its HUD, Overview and Tank panels not showing. Panel layout is now kept when you reload the page.
