Subject: Kax Cup Underway!

Kax Cup Competitor,
        Brackets/pairings are now available on the web site.  Just a few
reminders: all games shall be strict/visible/no bots, and they'll be played
on the predesignated maps.  The maps are: (1x1) KaxKupKrank, Slugfest IV,
DHOR  (2x2) Baringi, Slugfest IV, Easter III. ****They should be played IN
THIS ORDER****.  ie, if you win in 2 games in the 1x1, you should have won
on KaxKrank and Slugfest IV. DHOR is the tiebreaker.  Same goes for 2x2,
where Easter III is tiebreaker.
        Players should meet on #kaxcup 10 minutes before games.  All games
should start with a timer EXCEPT for KaxKupKrank.  For this, each player
should start *against the deep-sea blox* on the East and West.  Don't use a
timer for this map only.
        Both winners and losers should email me after the games.  When
scheduling, don't forget time zones.  Finally, please have all game results
to me by Monday the 27th.  Good luck to all of you, and let the games
begin!

This archive contains the official maps for the Kax Cup Tournament.
Note the previous 2 distributions (no version and version 1.1) had an
older version of KaxKupKrank. This version 1.2 finally fixes it. Sorry!
